Hello cousin!
This web site started out as a 'place holder' for
those links that I had reviewed and considered were worthwhile
to revisit in the future --- as I developed my own family
tree, now with over 1,500 names. Later, when I became aware that the links and bits
of information would benefit other genealogists, I made
the decision to share this information with all who want
to research their own Jewish roots. Jewish
genealogy is a fascinating and rewarding pastime.
There's no requirement to sign-in; have a password, or pay for the information
contained here, but if you want to contribute keeping up
the site, donations
will be gladly accepted. And you don't have to be
Jewish to find your Jewish roots using my Jewish
genealogy web site!

and/or by Subject -- all in alphabetical order -- to

verified as offering genealogical information or value.
Some sites are important
links while others are portals that share
links or offer detailed information to help you further your
personal research.
More
importantly, they represent an entree to the wonderful world
of discovering more about your personal family history.
Remember to use the
internet as a tool ... but not the only one!
Although the amount of
data on the internet relating to one's research is
constantly growing, not everything is yet on-line and
probably won't be for years to come. Day after day, I
continue to add more information and links, so this site
is always under construction.
Some of my
links won't work!
From the time I review a
web site to the time that I have added it to the site, the
URL (address link) can change. My staff of one (me)
just can't be on top of every change immediately, so please
let me know and I will make the change as soon as possible.
With your computer, some
research, and the Internet, you can be a time-traveler,
discovering your own past --- seeing how your
characteristics came down to you, and finding what you want
to pass on to your children ... and their children.
If you are anxious to explore this
site ... go ahead.
Just click on on any button to your
left - (or at the bottom of each page) and be taken to a page of
interest. One page at a time. I hope that you will
discover your past, or more about the Holocaust, or about the
country where your ancestors came from. There's so much to
discover!

Consider my site as an electronic facilitator connecting you
with others who have the desire to find their roots.
Please don't ask me for help. I do not have a staff to do research for anyone.

Why there are ads. It's
a question that I am asked almost every day, so I thought it
would help those who are trying to research their roots by
offering the following explanation.
Obviously hosting a busy website
doesn't come cheap and the advertising you will see here, helps
offset some of those expenses that I incur. All of the ads are
selected because they share one basic criteria -- the ad is
relevant to making it easier to researching your Jewish roots. Whether you
purchase a book; a printing cartridge; or plan your trip to visit
your shtetl, you will benefit in some way, and so will my site.
